Sampira is a working class, Midlands born and based writer, curator and producer. Her shorts include: Say Cheese, United Satans, Back to Back and Easy Breezy. Her exhibitions include: Black Sands: The Black Contribution to Horror through Time, BANNED: The Video Nasties, and DRILL, in partnership with High Rise Theatre and the Barbican. 

 

She is a co-founder of the horror theatre company Terrifying Women along with Morgan Lloyd Malcolm and Abi Zakarian. 

 

She is currently working on an immersive audio cosmic horror: Unfiltered, and a novella, Stones.
